On 1 September 2024, three new apprentices started their professional journey with us. In order to bring the team of now 11 trainees from different apprenticeship years even closer together, the FIMA Trainee Days were organised on 5 and 6 September 2024. The aim of these days: team building, getting to know each other and a good dose of adventure.
