The new year started on a sporty note for the FIMA team: On January 6, 2026, five FIMA employees participated in the 40th Schwäbisch Hall Dreikönigslauf, one of the largest and most popular 5 km Volkslauf (people’s run) events in Germany. Competing in the RÖWISCH WOHNBAU CUP 5 km race, the team demonstrated endurance and determination despite challenging winter weather conditions.
For FIMA, it is not only economic success that counts; we also want to assume social responsibility and support regional organisations. That is why we are delighted to donate €2,500 to the Schwäbisch Hall Children's Hospice again this year. In doing so, we want to make a contribution to families who are facing very special challenges.

FIMA Maschinenbau GmbH presented itself as a strong employer and reliable partner for young talent at the Ellwangen Training & Education Fair 2025. The fair took place on November 22, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Ellwangen Vocational School Center, including the Rundsporthalle, Hariolf-Gymnasium, and Eugen-Bolz Secondary School.
FIMA Maschinenbau GmbH has entered into a strategic partnership with the Indian industrial company C Doctor, headquartered in Ahmedabad. The cooperation includes the licensed production of gas blowers and mechanical vapour recompression (MVR) units, as well as the local packaging of turbo blowers and high-end compressors for the Indian petrochemical market.
At the beginning of the new training year, FIMA Maschinenbau GmbH once again placed a strong focus on team spirit and personal development. Just in time for the start of training five new apprentices started their training at FIMA on September 1, 2025. To ensure that all 14 apprentices from different years of training quickly grow into a strong and connected team, the annual FIMA Apprentice Days were held again this year.
