Three exciting days at Oil & Gas Asia (OGA) have now come to a successful end and the FIMA trade fair team is happy to have been there. Not only did our trade fair visitors receive expert advice, but the team also gathered new inspiration and ideas for FIMA.
On 1 September 2024, three new apprentices started their professional journey with us. In order to bring the team of now 11 trainees from different apprenticeship years even closer together, the FIMA Trainee Days were organised on 5 and 6 September 2024. The aim of these days: team building, getting to know each other and a good dose of adventure.
Summer - sun - sunshine! Three apt words that describe this year's FIMA summer party extremely well. But of course it wasn't just the weather that played its part. The Brazilian barbecue buffet and cool drinks also contributed to the great atmosphere.
FIMA employees can enjoy their breakfast and lunch breaks in a feel-good atmosphere. After completing work on the outdoor seating, it was now the turn of the ageing cafeteria.
On Friday, 3 May 2020, the Bühlertalhalle was transformed into a job fair. Pupils in years 7 to 9 at Bühlertann School Centre had the opportunity to find out about the wide range of apprenticeships on offer at the company stands.
There are still professions in which an above-average number of men work. This should change in the future! That's why FIMA Maschinenbau GmbH once again took part in the Germany-wide Girl's Day on April 25, 2024.
