  • Team and communication skills

A good Abitur or advanced technical certificate is the requirement for obtaining a study place.

Your benefits from an integrated degree programme

Financial independence

As a student of the cooperative university, from the first day onwards, you are financially independent for the duration of your studies as an employee.

Varied intensive degree programme

The three-year degree programme is both versatile and varied with a regular alternation between theoretical and practical blocks every three months.

Lecturers with current know-how

Professors of the Baden-Württemberg cooperative university, lecturers from other universities and specially qualified experts from the corporate world teach subject matter from their respective special field.

Small study groups

Study groups rarely exceed 30 students so intensive support is guaranteed.

  • Graduates who have applied for a specific job are not consoled with a work placement.
  • Trainees are not recruited with the vague prospect of subsequently being taken on full-time.
  • Work placements are primarily offered during training to help students decide on the course of their future careers.
  • Trainees are remunerated commensurately for their work.
