Dear business partners,

The year 2022 was again full of events.

Looking back, we have achieved and advanced quite a few things. In our daily work, the focus was primarily on you. Michael Hansen and Rainer Dietz, as the new dual leadership of FIMA's management, have already driven forward a number of changes in recent months that will not only have a positive effect for us in the future, but will also offer you added value.

Together with you, we have developed and implemented solutions for your applications in 2022. We would like to thank you for your trust and the good cooperation. In order to offer you even better support, the new Operational Excellence department has been taking care of optimizing our core processes since the middle of the year. By expanding digitization, we are ensuring greater process transparency for everyone involved and thus the effective use of all resources.

We look forward to tackling further changes and implementing projects with you in 2023. For the next few weeks, we wish you a wonderful Advent season, relaxing Christmas holidays and lots of time with people close to you.
