Turkish colleagues from FIMApro visit FIMA

After a very long time, we were finally able to welcome our Turkish colleagues from FIMApro to our headquarters in Oberfischach last Monday. Once all the necessary travel documents were arranged and all travel requirements fulfilled, nothing else stood in the way of the on-the-job training. The past few days, our Turkish colleagues are gaining experience in different business units and have been trained by FIMA employees. Wolfgang Lang, who is responsible for the FIMApro team, along with other colleagues, made sure everything went according to plan.

Although there was only basic knowledge of German or Turkish on both sides, communication worked well. Above all, this is due to the great motivation and commitment of the FIMA employees, who patiently took time for their foreign colleagues. Internal company structures were explained and content and technical skills were conveyed, which ensure an even smoother process in Denizli. Although there was no common native language, the meeting showed that obstacles can be overcome through shared goals and teamwork. What belongs together continues to grow together through personal communication. This not only leaves the employees in good spirits and helps expand the FIMA product range with standard blowers; it also promotes international cooperation and, above all, brings advantages for our customers.
