Sending your applicant data via the form is transport encrypted, but not end-to-end encrypted. This means that it is similar to sending us your data as a non-encrypted email.
Deletion periods of personal data
Your data will be stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the contract and for as long as there are no statutory retention obligations (e.g. from the German Commercial Code or the German Fiscal Code). In addition, you can request deletion at any time if you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully.
We generally store the applicant data you send us for up to six months after the end of the applicant process. If you have given your consent, we also store it until you object to the processing.

Only the responsible FIMA employees receive this data. Hosters and IT service providers also have access to the server log data, but not to personal data that you provide to us via the contact forms. These are only processed by the respective departments. Applicant data is only received by our HR department and, after reviewing the documents, also by our HR managers in the respective specialist department.
