For the first time in the history of Schaeff Group a management development program was started for all related companies at the beginning of this year. The customized program which is called “Next generation leadership (NGL)” aims to build an excellent leadership competence and was designed to last two years.
“Bearing responsibility for employees as well as for the success of the company isn’t as easy as one might think”, knows shareholder Alexander Schaeff. “Our long-term goal is to support the prospective managers with their work. In the end they shall be enabled to take the groups’ success to the next level.”
As well as the 2-day workshop for the participants, learning impulses, online-trainings and transfer tasks, the management development program also includes learning partnerships within the group. The aim is to encourage and strengthen networking and collaboration within Schaeff Group.
