Restructuring in the form of a debtor-in-possession proceeding

FIMA has filed an application for the opening of insolvency proceedings in the form of debtor-in posession to restructure and reorganize the company in a sustainable and permanent way. The request has been granted by the district court Heilbronn. The management remains in office and continues to exercise its rights and obligations. The business operations will be continued in full.
