Furniture will be used in the youth café of the "Heimbacher Hof", located in Schwäbisch Hall

The Heimbacher Hof offers a broad range of possibilities for children and young people to spend their free time in a reasonable way. The young visitors benefit from a climbing hall, a halfpipe, the unicycle team or regular media workshop meetings as well as from countless other indoor and outdoor activities. The institution is funded by the city of Schwäbisch Hall. The extensive grounds also accommodate, deleted a youth café for which the furniture will be used from now on.

Due to a redesign of the entrance area at FIMA in Oberfischach, the furniture was no longer used but well-preserved and therefore FIMA decided to donate it to a social organization. The search didn’t take long for Verena Schäfauer (Marketing), who states: “As a medium-sized company, we put much effort in the good allocation of our resources. Supporting institutions with a high social and societal value is of great importance to us, the Heimbacher Hof entirely fulfills these criteria.

The joint walk through the grounds with Mrs. Silvia Betsch, head of the institution, granted Ms. Schäfauer and her colleague Ms. Dochtermann a small insight behind the scenes. “Once more, we were convinced we found a good new purpose for the furnishings, and the kids instantly tested them” explains Heidrun Dochtermann. The youth café is not only available during the opening hours but also rentable for various occasions, like for example birthday parties.
