A colourful mixture of employees of different age, gender or origin constitutes a good basis for fruitful teamwork with many good ideas. FIMA benefits from diversity every day, which is why managing director Alexander Schaeff signed the diversity charter in 2015. The work results of mixed teams turn out to be better and more creative compared to those from teams with a more homogeneous mix of people.
