Training at FIMA successfully completed

04.04.2022 | RecruitingCompany

It's been more than two month since Marcel Schirmer and Luis Schlüter completed their training at FIMA. What has happened since then? Even before their final exams, it was certain that both trainees would be taken on. They now support technical documentation and impeller assemblies. Now they can show what they’re made of and what they learned in three and a half years of their co-op technical training. Of course, they will continue to be supported by their FIMA colleagues. Over time, they will take over their own documentation and impeller manufacturing projects and will continue to grow.

In their co-op training they learned the theoretical content at the Crailsheim and Schwaebisch Hall Vocational College. At FIMA, they were able to practically apply as they learned. The co-op training not only offers advantages for the respective company, but also for the trainees. As a training company and member of the IHK Heilbronn-Franken, FIMA consciously focuses on long-term oriented promotion of talent and offers young people bright prospects for the future.

We are therefore particularly pleased to take on two new trainees again this year. FIMA Maschinenbau GmbH’s management, the worker’s union and the training managers wish Marcel Schirmer and Luis Schlüter every success in their new challenges in technical documentation and impeller building and congratulate them on the successful completion of their training.
