Initiative 'Mitmachen Ehrensache'

A day's pay for the good cause: Sebastian Sailer from Untermünkheim and Mattis Eichenbrenner from Schwäbisch Hall participated in the initiative 'Mitmachen Ehrensache' and worked at FIMA Maschinenbau GmbH in Oberfischach on 05 December 2018.

While Sebastian Sailer worked on several tasks in the sales department and engineering, Mattis Eichenbrenner was deployed in the warehouse and incoming goods department. Here he supported Mr. Hummel and his team with commissioning and acceptance of incoming goods. 'The initiative is a 'win-win situation' for all involved' CEO Dr. Seradar Ertong acknowledges. 'Young people are animated to get involved and additionally get to know work in a specific department of the company. What's more, social projects in our region are supported and realized with the help of the initiative.'
Every year the initiative 'Mitmachen Ehrensache' calls for young people to work in one of the participating companies on the volunteers day or in advance on another day. The company donates the earned money from one day of work to a social project in the region.
