Electrical designer (m/f/d)

We are seeking an electrical designer (m/f/d) to support our control and feedback control unit

Your duties:

  • Creating SPS programs with TIA portal
  • Point of contact for all program-related questions regarding S7 controls
  • Planning and designing switching and control systems for fluid/special machinery
  • Design, project planning and construction of electrical, measurement and control systems, system parts, components and controls built to state-of-the-art standard and to customer specifications
  • Selection and project planning of electric motors for driving fluid machinery
  • Punctual drafting of documents and papers for the proper manufacture of electrical, measurement and control systems, system parts, components and controls
  • Contact with customers, suppliers and external partners in the course of clarifying technical points, and the technical specifications of parts bought-in for the order
  • Punctual drafting and handover of the design documents to the upstream and downstream organisational units

Your credentials:

  • You have a degree in electrical engineering or have completed your training as a state-approved technician (m/f/d) or comparable training and possess the relevant work experience
  • Sound knowledge and experience in S7 application
  • Experience in machinery and plant building
  • Willingness to travel worldwide
  • You adopt a structured, solution-oriented approach to your work
  • You are keen to engage in lifelong learning
  • Ability to work unsupervised and a high level of flexibility
  • Your credentials are rounded off by good English written and spoken skills
