proAlpha administrator (m/f/d)

We are seeking a proAlpha administrator (m/f/d) to support our team starting immediately

Your duties:

  • Support and maintenance of the proAlpha ERP system
  • Continuous analysis and optimisation of the usage options
  • Implementation of departmental requirements
  • Drafting of process documentation
  • Performance of function and data tests, error and problem analysis
  • Performance of qualification measures in the departments
  • Administration and updating of proALPHA interfaces to other systems (PPS, PZE, BDE)

Your credentials:

  • Degree or training in business or IT information systems or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in maintaining an ERP systems, ideally proAlpha.
  • Knowledge of business and organisational relationships in a production company.
  • Very committed and solution-oriented personality with a service mentality.
  • Structured, independent working, paired with good analytic skills.
  • Communication skills
  • Good English skills
